RETURN POLICY 

 We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your Purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged the moment you received them. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at h.ztoolsupply@gmail.com with details of the Product and the defect.  

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.  

DELIVERY POLICY 

 1. General Information 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2.Delivery Location 

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in  

Canada. We also accept orders from USA customers. Any shipments outside of Canada and USA are not available at this time. 

3.Delivery Time 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.  

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 to 3 business days of the date of your order.  

Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.  

Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

4.Shipping Costs 

Standard Ground Parcel Shipping Rates  

Product starting from 0.00 to 99.99 will be charge $13.99  

Product starting from 100.00 to 149.99 will be charge $15.99 

Product starting from 150.00 and up will be free shipping 

Shipping rates will be based on merchandise only, before taxes. These rates do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Please contact us for shipping rates for these locations. Overweight items will not be included in these rates, we will contact you regarding shipping charges for overweight items. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. We will advise you of any change by email. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. 

5. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, don’t accept the package and let the courier to take it back, contact us immediately at h.ztoolsupply@gmail.com

Price and Promotions 

In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then H & Z Tool Supply will not be guaranteed to honour any orders made at that price. All prices on our site are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes or shipping. All taxes will be added at the end of your order. 

Limitation of Liability  

The maximum obligation to you for products purchased from H & Z Tool Supply shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the products. Also, H & Z Tool Supply, will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, corrective, or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for break of warranty, agreement, wrongdoing (including negligence), and strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.

Warranty Policy  

All hand tools products are conditional lifetime warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the expected usable life of the product. At H & Z Tool Supply, we make huge efforts continuously to ensure that our clients get products that meet quality standard. Worn out does not represent material defect; carelessness to care for, repair, alteration and lack of maintenance of the product does not represent material defect.  

H & Z Tool Supply liability shall as limited to repairing or replacing any defective product that is returned.

All Warranty item shall return to us freight prepaid by you with a proof of purchase. 

Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to H & Z Tool Supply.  

Products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined by H & Z Tool Supply, are not covered by this warranty. 

All Torque Wrenches, Torque Multipliers, Torque Screwdrivers, and all Air Powered, Electric Powered & Battery Powered Tools are only parts warranted for a period of one year with a proof of purchase. 

H & Z Tool Supply is not responsible for any damage or personal injury that may result from the misuse, alteration, abuse, or use beyond the expected life of its products, or using tools which have been improperly repaired or maintained. H & Z Tool Supply will not be liable for any personal injuries caused by the use of our merchandise. 

We reserve the right to change, modify, cancel, and discontinue any of our products to make it better.
